100 KM is included per day. Select the travel start date, number of days, vehicle and extra kilometres.
1. Daily KM Allowance:
100 KM is included per day. Unused kilometres will carry forward during the same trip.
Example: If you travel only 50 KM on the first day, the remaining 50 KM will be added to the next day. So, on the second day, you can travel up to 150 KM without any extra-KM charge.
2. Package Inclusions:
Fuel and driver allowance are included in the package rate.
3. Additional Charges:
Toll, parking, airport charges, entry tickets, interstate permit charges and other applicable expenses are additional.
4. KM Calculation:
Kilometres will be calculated from Cochin Airport to Cochin Airport on a garage-to-garage basis.
5. Driver Duty Time:
Standard driver duty time is from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Additional duty charge after 8:00 PM:
• Sedan category: ₹100 per hour
• 6-seater to 17-seater vehicles: ₹200 per hour
6. Tamil Nadu / Other-State Travel:
For Tamil Nadu travel, an additional driver allowance of ₹800 is payable. Other-state permit charges, toll and parking charges are additional as applicable.
7. Festive and Peak-Season Rates:
The above rates are not applicable during festive or peak-season dates such as Pooja holidays, Diwali holidays, Christmas holidays, New Year holidays and other high-demand periods.
8. Rate Changes:
Package rates are subject to change depending on vehicle availability, fuel-price changes, seasonal demand and route conditions.
Destination Drop – Return to Cochin Airport Chargeable KM
After the customer is dropped at the final destination, the vehicle must return to Cochin Airport. The following approximate return kilometres are therefore added to the total package KM. This helps customers understand how the final chargeable kilometres are calculated.

Easy example: If your Kerala tour ends with a drop at Munnar, approximately 115 KM will be added for the vehicle's return journey from Munnar to Cochin Airport.
